You Are: As a Coach Manager/Alternate Deputy Program Manager (DPM), you will support the PM in overseeing the operational and administrative execution of the Program. The Work: Supports the PM in overseeing the operational and administrative execution of the Program. Reports to Program Manager. Acts as second-in-command, as needed, and is responsible for coordinating across functional areas--including coaching, call center operations, training, data reporting, and outreach support--to ensure seamless contract performance. Assists PM in all aspects of program implementation, staff supervision, and contract compliance and assumes full PM responsibilities in the absence of the PM. Plays a critical role in QA, compliance monitoring, and cross-team coordination. Coordinate daily operations across teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to SLAs and performance metrics. Monitor deliverable status, assist in QA reviews, and ensure timely and complete submission of reports and required documentation (e.g., Monthly Progress Report, Training Plan (COOP). Track compliance with all program deliverables and facilitate corrective actions where needed. Lead internal coordination meetings and serve as liaison between clinical, outreach, call center, and analytics teams. Support training implementation, onboarding of new staff, and maintenance of up-to-date credentials and documentation. Collaborate with the PM on performance reviews, resource planning, and risk mitigation. Represent the program in meetings with the COR or government stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, behavioral health or related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting complex programs, with DoD or federal health contracts
  • 3+ years of experience with contract compliance, deliverable tracking, and cross-functional team leadership
  • 1+ years of experience with military mental health support systems and call center operations
  • Systems and Change-Management experience
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • This is an on‑site hybrid role based in the DC Metro area, and the candidate must be willing to work in the office.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Health Services, or a related field
  • PMP certification
  • 5+ years of experience in program operations within federal health programs
  • Experience managing subcontracts and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong skills in developing reports, SOPs, workflows, and quality assurance plans
