About The Position

Operate and troubleshoot the Butina CO2 stunning equipment throughout work shift. Will perform preventative maintenance and upkeep as required on Butina equipment which includes troubleshooting equipment if down or not operating properly. Direct others in movement of hogs in irons and between equipment. Must maintain AWB requirements and integrity always. Other duties as assigned or determined by manager. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

Requirements

High School diploma GED or equivalency preferred
6 plus months of service with the company. Previous experience in other meat-processing facilities can be considered as well.
Basic computer skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal written. Must be able to communicate effectively with plant management and all other Team Members.
Must be able to work extended hours including assigned shifts and weekends if needed and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Must be able to be work with live hogs AWB
No more than 6 attendance points at date of application
No write ups or suspension stage in last 12 months
