Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op/Intern to join our Human Resources for the first semester of 2026. This role provides a valuable opportunity to support various initiatives within the Organizational Effectiveness Human Resources function, while gaining exposure to other HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring effective communication skills, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn to a dynamic, collaborative team. Organizational Effectiveness Support (OE): Contribute to ongoing Talent Management, Engagement, Inclusion and Governance projects in support of the Organizational Effectiveness team Assist OE functional leaders in creating, researching presentation materials, proposals, conducting research and analysis Assisting with the publication of HR’s monthly global newsletter by collaborating with HR’s Center’s of Excellence on key monthly topics for the newsletter Maintain the Global HR Calendar on Monday.com for OE initiatives Participate in the design of a New Employee Onboarding Experience – to ensure employees feel welcomed Provide support to the Engagement and Inclusion team on various global and regional initiatives as needed Assist with the global Governance function as it relates to research, policy updates, and other updates Assist other functions within Human Resources as needed Participate in HR meetings and provide updates as requested. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program for the full duration of the co-op or internship with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Rising Junior or Senior for Summer 2026 Genuine interest in developing a career in the insurance industry Willingness to learn and contribute to team projects Ability to articulate ideas clearly through written and verbal communication Solution-oriented mindset and data analytical skills Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Local to the desired office location or able to arrange housing and transportation in the area to support an in-office working arrangement during the internship Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without restriction Salary Range: $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program for the full duration of the co-op or internship with a minimum GPA of 3.0
