Under guidance of the architecture staff, students will be assigned to various teams based on need and experience. You will have primary responsibilities that include:
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Engineering and completed the first year of college
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (training will be provided if needed for all programs)
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedule
Responsibilities
- Learn processes, procedures and assist in preparation of various engineering designs
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings and diagrams using both manual and technical applications
- Generate and analyze miscellaneous technical data
- Provide engineering support assistance for quality issues
- Interface with other disciplines such as surveying, environmental, and architecture, as well as clients and vendors
- Perform other project duties as assigned
