About The Position

The Co-op mirrors the daily activities of a full-time analyst at Rialto. Assist with the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports for both debt and equity real estate investment funds; the content of the reports includes fund activity, investment performance, and market outlook related to commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, commercial real estate and other investment. Analyze data and generate data visualizations of portfolio allocations, special servicing trends, loan maturities, and projected cash distributions. Communicate with various departments to complete quarterly side letter agreements and ad hoc investor requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses are provided. Assist with the improvement of new software to automate and streamline the report preparation process. Support the tracking of the weekly report that covers firm-wide capital activities, including deal transactions, fund closings, capital calls, and distributions.
