About The Position

The Co-op mirrors the daily activities of a full-time analyst at Rialto. Assist with the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reports for both debt and equity real estate investment funds; the content of the reports includes fund activity, investment performance, and market outlook related to commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, commercial real estate and other investment. Analyze data and generate data visualizations of portfolio allocations, special servicing trends, loan maturities, and projected cash distributions. Communicate with various departments to complete quarterly side letter agreements and ad hoc investor requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses are provided. Assist with the improvement of new software to automate and streamline the report preparation process. Support the tracking of the weekly report that covers firm-wide capital activities, including deal transactions, fund closings, capital calls, and distributions. Qualifications: Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines Previous work experience related to real estate or finance is preferred but not required Qualities: Detail oriented Hard worker and collaborative Strong communicator Positive attitude Strong interest in Real Estate and Alternative Investments While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop.
