The Team Corporate Services Strategy & Planning is responsible for defining and communicating Fidelity and Corporate Service’s strategy and financial results, as well as helping to execute against our strategic plan and top priorities. The team creates many highly visible presentations and communications, including for All Associate meetings, board meetings, and leadership. Additionally, you can expect that a portion of your time will be spent on site in our Boston, MA. Here’s what we’re looking for in a Design co-op candidate: Undergraduate student majoring in Graphic Design or Communications Design (or a major similar to those listed) Collaborator and able to work as part of a team Interest in process, storytelling, visual design, and project management Ability to work out of our Boston office during on-time site Portfolio required Prior design experience preferred, but not a requirement Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work with Senior Design Managers and partners across Corporate Services to create presentations which clearly articulate Fidelity and Corporate Services’ strategy and financial results, industry & competitive trends, and other business concepts Shape data and content into simple, engaging visual stories Design charts, graphs, tables, and other slide formats that strategically align with and support messaging objectives Monitor and adhere to project deadlines, and partner with stakeholders to gather necessary inputs in advance of key dates Adhere to Fidelity’s Enterprise design standards and best practices Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills Comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (non-technical), and Adobe Creative Suite programs Fidelity Internal Information Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize information with attention to hierarchy, order, and emphasis Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work in a dynamic environment Ability to think outside the box, and present new and creative ideas The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Note, the application window closes when the position is filled or unposted. Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M–F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
