About The Position

What You’ll Do: Create and analyze specific accounting statements and reports to assist in the preparation of financial statements Support ad hoc projects related to process improvements, reporting, and documentation Help maintain audit-ready support for internal and external requests Perform data analysis in Excel, including lookups, pivots, and variance analysis Communicate with various levels of management and other department personnel Reconcile the balance sheet accounts as assigned by management Participate in monthly and yearly closing processes, including journal entry preparation What You Bring: Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field or equivalent Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Ability to exercise independent judgment Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proven leadership and business acumen skills Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Why VB Spine? Requirements
