We are seeking a licensed Co-Occurring Substance Abuse Disorder Therapist or Co-Occurring Therapist-in-Training to join our team. This full-time position will serve clients in our Menasha Counseling Clinic by providing therapeutic counseling.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or other closely related mental health discipline.
- Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor, or In-Training Licensure.
- CSAC (Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor), SAC (Substance Abuse Counselor), or SAC-IT (Substance Abuse Counselor In-Training
- Must be eligible for Medical Assistance, Medicare (if applicable) and other third-party reimbursement.
- Family Services is able to obtain malpractice insurance on your behalf.
- Maintain eligibility to practice and active status with your licensing board through the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing.
- Maintain eligibility for reimbursement from Medicaid, Medicare (if applicable) or other insurance panels.

Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive assessment by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form.
- Provide and updates diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessment.
- Develop a treatment plan by establishing treatment goals with the client based on the assessment and diagnosis(es) and obtaining client/parent's signature on treatment plan.
- Implement treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with diagnosis and treatment plan, applying a variety of psychotherapeutic methods with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Monitor progress toward treatment goals by evaluating and adjusting services provided, completing initial and ongoing clinical case review requirements as necessary.
