About The Position

Villa Restaurant Group (VRG) is a multi-brand, multi-concept restaurant company operating both quick service and full-service concepts nationwide. We are currently hiring Co-Managers for our 4 Rivers Smokehouse location at Orlando International Airport (MCO). The Co-Manager supports the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations, team development, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume airport environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass an airport background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations to ensure service and quality standards are met
• Support hiring, training, and development of team members
• Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and guest-first mindset
