You are a continuous learner who can pivot from a deep technical discussion about AI systems to a high-level board meeting without missing a beat. Your Background: Proven Leadership: Former Founder/Co-Founder, Senior Executive in a high-growth scale-up, or a core member of a venture-building/fundraising team. Tech & AI Fluency: Deeply knowledgeable about modern AI systems, digital platforms, and emerging tech trends. You understand the competitive dynamics of the current market. Operational Mastery: Solid grasp of finance, accounting, legal frameworks, and commercial planning. Growth Mindset: Expert-level understanding of investment/fundraising, marketing, partnerships, and organizational design. Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Former Founder/Co-Founder, Senior Executive in a high-growth scale-up, or a core member of a venture-building/fundraising team.
  • Tech & AI Fluency: Deeply knowledgeable about modern AI systems, digital platforms, and emerging tech trends. You understand the competitive dynamics of the current market.
  • Operational Mastery: Solid grasp of finance, accounting, legal frameworks, and commercial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Execution: Translate high-level vision into actionable operational roadmaps with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Operate with full business ownership, managing the "un-glamorous" side of the startup (legal, HR, finance) while fueling the "visionary" side (product, AI, growth).
  • Fundraising & Strategy: Work alongside the CEO to lead fundraising rounds, engage with investors, and secure world-class partnerships.
  • Team Building: Design the organizational structure and lead the hiring of a world-class team.
  • Market Agility: Maintain a constant pulse on the global tech ecosystem to ensure MindFriend remains a category-defining leader.
