The University of Kentucky, Center for Support and Intervention is currently seeking a non-clinical Case Manager who will be responsible for providing case management services to address the needs of students who need additional resource support to improve their well-being, safety and overall personal and academic success. This position will report to the Center for Support and Intervention Assistant Director. Primary responsibilities for this position include providing direct, caring support to students through an assessment of needs, connection to resources on and off-campus, and support in accessing and navigating resources and services. This position is responsible for case creation, outreach to and engagement of students, and all case documentation tasks for an assigned caseload of students. The Case Manager will facilitate a variety of interventions, referrals and follow-up services appropriate to identified student needs. This position requires extensive collaboration and consultation with UK Faculty, health care providers, colleagues across the Office for Student Success, parents, and other UK Staff. This position involves additional engagement with campus partners through education and outreach efforts, participation on divisional committees and in collaborative initiatives. Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
