Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience
  • Familiarity with high-speed machinery and mechanical measurements
  • Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
  • Physical stamina — able to walk/stand for full shift

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC 3 & 4 axis vertical milling machines
  • Inspect with precision using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T documentation
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and optimized for production
  • Maintain top-notch quality standards in every part you produce
