About The Position

As a CNC Technician, you will operate precision machinery to produce quality parts ahead of fabrication, paint, and assembly. You will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, communicating with your team, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, OR 3–6 months of related experience in farming, construction, or manufacturing (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Basic hand tool knowledge and ability to use them effectively
  • Basic blueprint reading knowledge (dimensioning, tolerances, side notes)
  • Strong communication, time management, and mechanical aptitude

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years of related CNC or manufacturing experience
  • Prior experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

  • Operating one or more of the following machines: CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, Press Brakes, Saws, and Lasers
  • Loading parts into machines, cycling machines, and detecting malfunctions related to quality and placement
  • Running production lots and communicating with co-workers regarding production runs
  • Using basic hand tools such as tape measures, squares, grinders, levels, and calipers
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD models, and job orders to ensure proper dimensions and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate paperwork for parts and communicating engineering updates in a timely manner
  • Monitoring raw inventory levels and notifying leads or supervisors when additional materials are needed
  • Operating a crane and forklift safely
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly work area and following all prescribed safety procedures
