What you'll do Set up and run Star or Citizen CNC Swiss machines for production Swap and set cutting tools; verify tooling readiness for upcoming jobs Check and maintain machine fluid levels; keep systems optimized Clean machines before and after use; uphold workstation cleanliness and safety Ensure the bar feeder remains continuously loaded during the shift Hold parts to the Dimensional Control Plan (DCP) and report daily quality updates Follow ISO QMS work instructions and the documented setup procedure list Perform preventative maintenance; immediately escalate higher-level issues Track task-in/task-out times and daily production metrics Support supervision and disciplinary follow-up with Swiss Operators, as needed Audit every setup for procedural compliance and dimensional accuracy Comply with internal policies, OSHA, and outside agency safety regulations Take on additional duties as assigned What you'll bring High school diploma or equivalent (required) 3+ years of CNC manufacturing experience (required) 3+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience (preferred) Proficiencies GD&T literacy and application Hands-on troubleshooting CNC machine installation and repair Efficient setups for repeatable production runs Tools you'll use Star and Citizen CNC Swiss lathes with bar feeder systems Why this role?
