Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to use calculators and computers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with an understanding of geometric tolerances.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Visual acuity for part inspection and reading measurements.
• Manufacturing environment with required eye and hearing protection.
• Exposure to noise and moving machinery.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in CNC machine operation (no programming required).
• Familiarity with inspection equipment.
• Minimum of two years of CNC machine operation experience.
• Familiarity with Makino or Kitamura CNC machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to load and unload parts.
• Change tools as required during the production process.
• Perform measurement checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Use inspection equipment to verify product quality.
• Adhere to internal safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
