As our Onsite Machine Tool Maintenance Specialist at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, you’ll take total ownership of the assessment and preventative maintenance process for a massive range of both new and vintage machine tool and production equipment. Your mission is to continuously evolve these services, ensuring every machine is primed for peak performance before a problem ever starts. By mastering both mechanical and electrical systems, you’ll create a culture of safety and precision that keeps our customer’s mission moving forward without a single missed beat. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $85,000.00 and $140,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.
