About The Position

BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is seeking a people-first, performance-driven CNC Production Supervisor to lead their Pulley Manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned manufacturing professional who thrives on developing others, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence. As a key leader on the floor, the supervisor will oversee production, inspire and empower their team, and cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 5+ years in CNC manufacturing, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Strong floor presence and ability to lead by example
  • Proven experience with Lean manufacturing and process improvement
  • Proficiency in CNC programing (G Code)
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to motivate diverse teams and build strong interpersonal relationships

  • Familiarity with 5S, CPQ, and training program development

Responsibilities

  • Lead with empathy and clarity, creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
  • Drive throughput, quality, and safety using Lean and A3 methodologies
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
  • Manage training, staffing, and scheduling to meet production goals
  • Coach and mentor team members, supporting their growth and development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service
  • Enforce company policies and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement projects
