POSITION – CNC Set Up Technician JOB LOCATION – Oconto Area STARTING DATE – ASAP EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full – Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1 st Shift (6am – 4:30pm) STARTING PAY – $25-$31 – Based on Experience BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Requirements

• Ability to read/comprehend prints
• 3(+) years of experience
• Ability to use and understand metrology tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a Positive attitude
• Excellent communication

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience setting up 3/5 Axis CNC routers
• Familiar with CMM
• Certificate/Degree in machining is preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operational inspection of the machine
• Set up machine per print requirements
• Making adjustments as needed
• Load/Operate machine
• Conduct Quality inspection
• Troubleshooting/repairing issues
