Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to operate CNC lathes in a production environment. This role focuses on running established programs, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. Machine setup and programming are not required

Operate CNC lathes using pre-set programs and tooling
Load raw materials into CNC lathe
Unload finished parts and check for dimensional accuracy using tools such as a micrometer, a pitch micrometer, gauge pins, thread gauges, calipers, etc.
Check sealing surfaces for visual defects such as chatter, tool marks, nicks, dings, etc.
Start, stop, and monitor machine cycles to ensure proper operation
Maintain material traceability
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Accurately complete required production and quality documentation

Previous experience operating CNC machines.
Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and blueprints
Experience using hand measuring tools, especially micrometers
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality

High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred.
Two+ years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment preferred.
