About The Position
We are seeking skilled CNC Set-Up Operators to join our team in a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility. Multiple shifts are available, and this is a full-time direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and excellent working conditions.
Requirements
- Previous experience with CNC machine set-up, ideally on mills, lathes, or Swiss machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with machine offsets and troubleshooting minor production issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss-style machinery for production runs.
- Verify tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job and ensure proper alignment.
- Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary offsets or adjustments.
- Monitor machines for quality and accuracy throughout production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
