About The Position

Must be able to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on various types of powered and non powered material handling equipment. Work to be performed both indoors and outdoors. Must be experienced with hand and power tools and have a strong mechanical aptitude. Forklift experience helpful. Must be able to maintain production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product for shipping. Other duties may be assigned. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for installation, repair and preventative maintenance of machine tools on site. Tasks include but not limited to CNC machines, geometrical compensation and correction, mechanical repair, sheet metal, gearboxes, ball screws, gib adjustments, and axis alignments. Electrical repairs, control logic, PLCs, VFDs, ladder logic, component level repairs. Will support other trades. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Must be able to work at a fast pace and always has safety first Escort Vendors and subcontractors Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Forklift and aerial lift experience or ability to learn.
  • Hand and power tool experience
  • 5 years related machine tool experience required
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and always has safety first
