CNC Saw Operator/Inventory Specialist

Unique job the combines both the operation of CNC saws for cutting raw material to specific size but also managing raw material invetory and receiving. Requirements
- Previous machine operation experience
- Ability to learn specific computer software and systems
- Knowledge of “trade” mathematics
- Multi-task and engage in work related activities to maximize productivity.
- Works cooperatively with others
- Does what it takes to meet productivity targets and metrics
Responsibilities
- Receive steel and remove from supplier's truck delivery
- Labeling and batching of raw bar stock
- Operate CNC saw to cut material to size based on order
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw bar stock
- Recieve and label carbide goods
- Issue/Deliver carbide goods to manufacturing floor for finished production
- Complete cycle counts of raw material both bar stock and carbide
