About The Position

We are looking for a CNC Robotic Machine Operator to join our Grand Prairie, TX team! As our Machine Operator you be a part of our production team, shot peening metals on our robotic shot peening equipment. Location: Grand Prairie, TX Hourly Rate: $25-$27/hour Please note that the hourly range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in TX. Requirements

Experience with Yaskawa / Motoman, ABB or other robot systems
Experience programming robotic machinery

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate robotic machines, specifically Yaskawa / Motoman and ABB.
Develop and optimize programs and parameters to maximize efficiency and product quality.
Conduct regular troubleshooting of robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
Create robotic processing programs, modify existing programs, and conduct cell cycle time calculations.
Collaborate with the engineering teams to plan, execute, and refine projects.
Check TCP on all robots at the start of the shift.
Work with, and help train, robot operators.
Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
