About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Programmers / Machinists for projects located in or around Morris, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $37–$39/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Set up and operate CNC lathes
Read and interpret blueprints
Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
Edit and program machines using G & M Code (Mazatrol preferred)
Perform machine setups and changeovers for various parts
Maintain quality and efficiency standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience setting up and running CNC lathes
• Strong understanding of machining processes
• Ability to work independently and stay detail-focused
• Comfortable with programming and troubleshooting
• Must pass drug screening
• Must pass background check
