About the role CNC Programmer Your main tasks and responsibilities: Primary function is to produce a cad model from data obtained from the reverse engineering of the part. From the model generate a CNC program for machining the part in the CNC. Machine setup and operate CNC machining centers or setup and operate CNC lathes. Secondary functions including but not limited to operating manual lathes, VTL’’s and mills. Additional functions is to set-up and operate CNC milling centers Provide feedback to CNC programmer for optimization of machining process. Complete all documentation pertaining to the work assignment. Train new hires or engineers associated with the project being worked on. Requirements

  • Must have CNC operating and setup experience
  • Broad understanding of preparatory and misc. functions (G&M codes).
  • Be able to interpret manufacturing drawings with GD&T tolerancing.
  • Experience CNC Programming
  • Must have experience working with rotating equipment.
  • Must be able to use precision measuring instruments.
  • No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.
