Mizuho OSI is the leader in the markets for specialty surgery and patient positioning. The company’s portfolio includes specialty surgical tables for procedure-specific approaches that improve patient outcomes in spine and orthopedic surgeries along with disposable and reusable surgical patient care products. The Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Programmer develops CNC programs for both Vertical and Horizontal machining centers (VMC (Vertical Machining centers), HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers), Lathe, and Multiaccess). The Programmer produces work holding fixtures, setup sheets including part orientation, work holding and tool selection. The CNC programmer will utilize lean manufacturing tools (lights out manufacturing approaches, SMED (single minute exchange of die), etc. to optimize CNC operations. The position is part of the Machine Shop Operation and interacts across department functions and across functions within the Company.
