About The Position

Aegis Worldwide CNC Programmer 1st Shift $75,000-120,000 Must Haves: 5+ years of CNC programming from scratch experience (MasterCam, G Code, M Code) Strong understanding of tooling and cutting strategies Job Responsibilities: Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.. Support production runs by programming machines and assisting with setup prior to first article production. Operate and program a variety of equipment including 3-, 4-, and multi-spindle machines mills and lathes, with familiarity across platforms such as HAAS, Mazak, and Doosan. Utilize CAD software to modify designs and create fixtures/tooling required for manufacturing processes based on customer-provided blueprints. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams to translate product requirements into efficient machining processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing machine efficiency, reducing cycle times, and improving overall process performance. Ensure manufactured parts meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through active participation in inspection readiness and adherence to best practices.
