About The Position

We’re seeking a highly skilled and driven Global Project Manager to develop and implement advanced Tool Management projects for customers across international markets. This individual will lead strategic projects from concept through implementation, delivering measurable value and aligning with customer machining processes and cost-efficiency goals. What You Will Be Doing (and Why You'll Love It) Drive the successful delivery of multiple tool management projects while contributing to the company's long-term strategic goals. Prepare holistic Tool Management concepts throughout analysis of customer tool flow, machining process and data. Create state-of-the-art business cases including risk & profit analysis and customer benefits for the respective concepts. Build up project-related structures for the conception and ramp-up phase Design contract drafts and support negotiations with customers on legal and business aspects. Manage internal and external communication about the projects, ensuring successful project implementation. Support the recruitment process of Tool Managers if required. Ensure documented hand-over to the responsible business unit after project successful ramp-up. What You Bring (and Why You're the Perfect Fit) Solid knowledge and understanding of machining processes is mandatory and understanding Cost Per Part calculation is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Result driven, highly independent individual with ability to manage projects remotely, build solid relationships with multiple stakeholders and have a reputation of being an expert. Strong analytical capabilities with structured and methodical approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of business cases, risk analysis, contract handling and solid experience in technical project management. Proven record of delivering consistent results and quality outcome. Experience in machining/tool flow REQUIRED Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel international. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or technical degree. Travel: Up to 60%, including domestic and/or international trips as needed. Passport Required: Must possess a valid passport prior to hire due to travel requirements. Work Location: Remote from a home office within the U.S.; must have reliable internet and workspace.
