Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines
- Perform setups
- Monitor production
- Ensure part quality
- Dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and thorough documentation
- Operate CMM equipment and perform precision inspections to tight tolerances
- Microscope-based visual inspection for defects like scratches, coating issues, and debris
