Pioneer Parkway Pantego, Texas 76013 Compensation: $18-$22/hr (depends on experience) Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6am-4pm, Friday 6am-3pm (occasional overtime) What You’ll Do: Setup and operate CNC routers, beam saw, edge bander, dowel machines, drum sander, table saw, planer and molder. Assist with reviewing production packages/blueprints and prioritize the production process to achieve quality, productivity, and on-time standards. Apply Continuous Improvement principles to decrease cycle times and setup times. Responsible for implementation and sustainment of 5S activities. Work efficiently to complete projects on schedule. Adhere to safety practices and ensure proper use of all tools and machinery. Participate in continuous improvement processes. Some extended hours may be required to meet deadlines.

Requirements

You must have strong communication skills and be willing to work with others in a team environment.
3 Years minimum hand-on experience as a CNC Operator with cabinetry or millwork experience.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S, A3, Standard Works) in an environment of continuous improvement.
Construction and/or woodworking vocational training.
