Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CNC certification OR 1–3 years of CNC machine operating experience
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and apply customer drawings and specifications
• Critical thinking and basic problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with complex machinery and tooling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet customer requirements
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Enter required specifications into CNC equipment
• Load tooling and support machine setup for production runs
• Monitor machine operations to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with leads and operations management
• Perform additional duties as assigned
