Summary: The CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery used in the fabrication of stone countertops, including granite, marble, and quartz. This role supports a lean warehouse team and requires cross-training across CNC operation, fabrication, and saw operation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years of CNC or fabrication experience (stone industry preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, lean environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC equipment per established protocols
• Set up, monitor, and adjust CNC programs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Cross-train across fabrication and saw operations as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain inventory control to prevent loss, waste, or damage
• Inspect finished products for quality and specification compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
