Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines based on job requirements. Load materials into the machine and secure them properly.
• Operation: Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it is producing quality parts. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for precision and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and rectify any issues that may affect product quality.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their proper functioning. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or irregularities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production quantities.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel.
