About The Position

TekPro Engineering is looking to hire CNC Operators to join a precision machining manufacturer in Rochester NY on 2nd shift opportunity. This role supports production machining operations and is ideal for candidates with hands on CNC experience who value quality consistency and steady work.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of CNC operating experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Experience working in a production machining environment
• Comfortable working 2nd shift hours
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and or mills in a production environment
• Load and unload parts and monitor cycle times
• Perform in process inspections using micrometers calipers and gauges
• Make basic tool wear offsets and minor adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints travelers and work instructions
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
