Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC machines
• Monitors for quality and unusual conditions
• Understands machining tools, speeds, feeds, and operation sequences
• Reads and interprets drawings
• Follows work instructions
• Inspects products using precision measuring tools throughout production
• Demonstrates dependability, strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, and works effectively in a team environment
• Willing to cross-train and train others
• Prioritizes workplace safety
• Maintains daily housekeeping
• Completes required paperwork
• Is flexible with overtime and other assigned duties
