We are hiring for a skilled first‑shift CNC professional—apply now to be considered. A day in the role Picture starting your day in a bright, spotless machining facility. You review aerospace blueprints packed with GD&T, plan your setups for a series of precision components, and fine‑tune G‑code to hit exacting tolerances. You’ll bring 3–4 axis milling setups to life (with 5‑axis exposure as a plus), validate your first article, and then transition the machine into stable production.

Responsibilities

• Own setups for 3–4 axis CNC mills; 5‑axis experience is a plus
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot G‑code to optimize cycle times and quality
• Interpret complex GD&T to ensure conformance for aerospace applications
• Execute machine setups for production runs and verify first‑piece quality
• Collaborate with programmers, operators, and quality to maintain throughput
