About The Position

We’re hiring a CNC Machinist with multi-axis (3–5 axis) milling experience to support precision, tight-tolerance aerospace machining.

Set up. Run. Inspect. Own it.

We know 3rd shift isn’t for everyone — but if you prefer a clean, climate-controlled environment with less noise, fewer distractions, and more ownership, this could be a great fit.

This role plays a key part in building and stabilizing our 3rd shift team.

Requirements

• 3+ years CNC machining
• Multi-axis (3–5 axis+) experience
• Can read prints + apply GD&T
• Detail-driven + self-sufficient

Responsibilities

• 3–7 axis CNC milling (including horizontals)
• Setup + run — not just pushing buttons
• Hold tight tolerances (.0001”)
• CMM + hand inspection
• Blueprint reading + GD&T
• Troubleshoot and adjust on the fly
