About The Position

Timesavers is a Minnesota-based, leading manufacturer of industrial sanding and finishing equipment, serving a wide range of industries, including metalworking, woodworking, and plastics. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler/Panel Builder to build, wire, and assemble electrical control panels and subassemblies in accordance with schematics, drawings, and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read electrical prints, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

Experience as a CNC Mill Machinist
Proven CNC programming and setup experience
Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and tolerances
Experience machining aluminum, steel, and other industrial materials
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs

Nice To Haves

CAM software experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
Experience with prototype or low-volume production
3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling experience

Responsibilities

Program CNC milling machines using G-code and/or CAM software
Set up CNC mills, including tooling, fixtures, work holding, and offsets
Machine precision components for machine assemblies, prototypes, and production equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T
Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks
Adjust programs and setups to maintain quality and efficiency
Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues
Work with engineering to address design or manufacturability concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety procedures
