Two Paths, One Purpose We are hiring for two complementary engineering profiles. Choose the lane that fits your strengths—or bring cross-coverage if you span both. Profile A: CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer Core requirement: Deep Mastercam programming expertise. What you’ll do: Develop CNC programs and tool paths for complex aerospace components Provide hands-on machining optimization on the floor Collaborate with production, quality, and design to enhance manufacturability Drive continuous improvement in cycle time, tooling, and process robustness Profile B: Process Engineer Core requirement: Extensive ERP experience—ideally owning or building workflows.
