About The Position

We are hiring Machinists with hands-on experience operating manual and/or CNC mills and lathes . This role is ideal for someone who has completed CNC training or has shop experience and is looking to grow their skillset in a production and job-shop environment. You will be working with existing programs and supporting overall shop operations, with opportunities to develop deeper machining skills over time.

Requirements

• Manual Machining or CNC experience (school or shop experience accepted)
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts accurately
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Motivated to learn and grow as a machinist

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with basic G & M codes is a plus
• Experience with wire EDM is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Operate manual mills, lathes, and grinders and/or CNC mills and lathes
• Load parts, change tools, and monitor machine operation
• Perform edge finding and basic machine setup
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Hold tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
• Support shop operations around CNC equipment (no programming required)
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
