About The Position

We are HIRING! Join our team - A manufacturing facility located in Kilgore, TX is in need of a CNC Machinist Job site location: Kilgore, TX Pay: $20/HR - $24/HR Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM 2-3 Saturdays per month (Sundays ALWAYS off) Overtime: Some required and some optional

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent related experience is required
• Excellent communication skills (email, phone, and in-person)
• CNC/Lathe experience is REQUIRED
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background and a drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machines (lathes and milling machines) to fabricate parts from raw materials.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining specifications.
• Using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to ensure product accuracy
• Proficiency in FANUC CNC systems, with some experience in HAAS machinery
• Setting up and running multiple machines efficiently
• Performing daily and routine maintenance on CNC equipment to optimize performance
• Collaborating with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
