CNC Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping precision equipment running at peak performance? We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oxford, MI. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and supporting robotics and automated systems. The technician will work to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability in a mission-critical production environment, collaborating with production teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with robotics and automation systems
- Knowledge of PLCs and servo systems
- Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing standards
