About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team and support the operation of our advanced manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines and related systems. This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience , preferably in a CNC machining environment.
• Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting CNC lathes, mills, and manual machining equipment .
• Skilled in electrical systems up to 480V , including wiring and rewiring.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints , equipment manuals, and schematics.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .
• Comfortable using power tools, electrical meters, and forklifts .
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team .
• Adaptable to changing priorities and schedules .

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years experience in: Electrical wiring
• Blueprint reading
• Safety practices in industrial settings
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance : lubrication, filter replacement, cleaning, and inspections per manufacturer guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .
• Conduct basic machining operations as necessary to support equipment repair.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Execute root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to proactively identify maintenance issues.
• Assist with equipment installation and relocation , including connection of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Organize and maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and report status updates to leadership.
