About The Position

For over 75 years Cascade Pump has been a leader in low lift high-capacity industrial water pump manufacturing. We are looking for a CNC Maintenance Mechanic.

Requirements

• Three years’ experience in Repair and Maintenance of CNC machinery using a variety of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• One year minimum of experience in lockout tagout and arc flash safety.
• Fully experienced with all basic hand tools and toolbox.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical procedures.
• Ability to read part manuals, electrical, and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak clearly and effectively with other employees.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with FANUC controls a plus

Responsibilities

• Basic repair CNC Machinery, manual machines, and machining centers.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment and inspection.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
• Be able to clearly document all work in the maintenance management system. (Fluke)
• Manage outside vendors for service and repairs.
• Make sure the work meets the required safety codes and is in accordance with company policies.
