In this role, you’ll safeguard the performance of CNC and automated systems that power a fast-moving production environment. You’ll blend hands-on mastery with leadership—solving the toughest equipment problems, guiding others, and ensuring compliance in a setting where quality is non-negotiable. How you’ll contribute Tackle the hard problems: Diagnose and repair complex issues across CNC machines, automation, and production equipment. Prevent the next failure: Build and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans that extend equipment life. Partner to deliver: Work side-by-side with engineering, production, and quality on mechanical, electrical, and control challenges. Stop recurrence: Lead root-cause analysis and implement durable corrective actions. Advance the asset base: Assist with installations, upgrades, and validation activities. Make it traceable: Keep meticulous logs, documentation, and performance records. Elevate the team: Mentor junior technicians and support structured training. Protect what matters: Execute work to strict safety, regulatory, and quality standards—especially important in medical device environments. Drive improvement: Recommend process changes that raise reliability and efficiency. What you’ll need to succeed 10+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing. 5+ years dedicated CNC expertise, including troubleshooting, basic programming, and mechanical/electrical repair. Broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC concepts. Experience with automated manufacturing; robotics exposure is advantageous. Background in FDA-regulated or ISO 13485 environments preferred. Confidence reading technical drawings, schematics, and OEM documentation. Sharp analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach. Clear communication, collaborative mindset, and leadership presence. Flexibility to adjust hours or shifts to meet production demands. Requirements

  • 10+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • 5+ years dedicated CNC expertise, including troubleshooting, basic programming, and mechanical/electrical repair.
  • Broad knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC concepts.
  • Confidence reading technical drawings, schematics, and OEM documentation.
