Requirements

Experience in CNC controls, electrical schematics and ladder logic is required
Experience or working knowledge in the use of hand tools, power tools, manual mills/lathes, surface grinders, calipers, and micrometers

Responsibilities

Performs highly diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC equipment and CNC machine tools
Performs mechanic skills and diagnosis of problems including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic applications and electrical
Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
Detects faulty operations, defective material, and reports those along with any unusual situations to the proper supervision
Complies with safety regulations in all aspects of performing job responsibilities
