Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in CNC machining or machine operation
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience with tooling, offsets, and machine setups preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC machining equipment to produce precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Maintain production efficiency while meeting tight tolerance and quality standards
- Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives
