CNC Machinist / Operators
About The Position
We are hiring CNC Machinists and CNC Operators (all skill levels) to support aerospace and automotive component manufacturers operating in modern, highly automated machining environments. Responsibilities: Perform CNC machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Utilize G & M code for basic program edits and troubleshooting Conduct first article inspections and maintain tight tolerances Use precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers Operate and monitor multi-axis CNC machines You should be proficient in: GD&T CNC Tooling G-Code M-Code CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement Machine Setups for Production Runs Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Doosan, Mazak, Makino, Haas, Okuma, Brother, Dmg Mori Seiki) CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki) CNC Swiss Lathe (Star, Citizen, Tsugami, Eurotech) CAM Software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM) CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Matsuura) CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Doosan, Eurotech)
