Job Summary The CNC Machinist II is a mid-level position that builds on foundational CNC machining skills. This role involves performing complex setups, troubleshooting, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced machining operations and a strong problem-solving ability. Essential Functions CNC Machine Operations - Set up machines per set up sheets and tool lists. Quality Control & Troubleshooting Equipment Maintenance & Safety - Conduct routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure operational efficiency. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Reporting and Communication Qualifications Education and Experience Skills and Competencies Work Environment Schedule Compensation - Hourly Rate: $22.00-$30.00/hr. Benefits include shared-cost health care, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match after a waiting period.
