About The Position

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a great opportunity? Join a leading global manufacturer specializing in orthopedic implants, spinal implants, precision instruments, and cutting tools. We pride ourselves on high-precision manufacturing and continuous improvement. What Youll Do Set up and operate single or multiple spindle CNC machines. Read and interpret part prints and job orders for specifications like dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions. Adjust machine controls for production operations, tool positions, and cycle times. Install and adjust collets, bushings, stock pushers, cams, gears, and stops. Change and secure tools using presetting equipment and monitoring systems. Perform first-piece inspections and monitor part dimensions using measuring devices and SPC tools. Maintain lubricants, coolants, and perform routine machine maintenance. Record data in the MRP system and keep your work area clean. Participate in continuous improvement activities. What Were Looking For Ability to stand for 10–12 hours and work around machinery. Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs frequently.
